Audio Recorder: Voice Memos is a professional audio and voice recording app available in both free and premium versions.

Free version: Supported by advertisements. Premium version: Ad-free experience with additional features (available through in-app purchase).

By using this app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. We use trusted third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics) for advertising, usage analytics, and crash reporting.

The app requests the following permissions to function properly:

Important: The app works completely offline for recording. Internet is only used for ads (free version) and optional analytics.

Information collected through third-party services is used to:

• Display advertisements: Show relevant ads in the free version (AdMob)
• Improve the app: Understand which features are most used and how to enhance them (Firebase Analytics)
• Fix bugs and crashes: Identify stability issues and improve app reliability (Crashlytics)
• Process premium upgrades: Verify premium status to unlock ad-free experience

Premium users: Upgrading to premium removes all ads and stops ad-related data collection.

We do not share your data with third parties except through the following services necessary to operate the app:

• Google LLC (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Services, Google Play Billing for Android purchases)
• Apple Inc. (In-App Purchase for iOS purchases)

These service providers have access to certain technical information to perform tasks on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Your recordings are NEVER shared. Audio files remain exclusively on your device. We have no access to them.

No other data sharing occurs. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers, advertisers, or any other companies.

What are cookies? Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help apps remember information.

Our app's cookie usage:

• The Audio Recorder app itself does not explicitly use cookies
• However, third-party services (AdMob, Firebase Analytics) may use cookies or similar tracking technologies

• Your audio recordings: Stored ONLY on your device - we never have access to them. You control retention and deletion.

• Crash reports: Retained by Crashlytics for 90 days
• Advertising data (free version): Retained by AdMob according to Google's policies
• Premium purchase status: Maintained as long as you use the app to keep Premium features active
• Log data: May be collected temporarily when errors occur, retained for diagnostic purposes

When you uninstall the app, third-party data collection stops immediately. Your recordings remain on your device until you manually delete them. Any analytics data previously collected will be deleted according to the retention schedules above.

We take security seriously and implement industry-standard measures:

• Local-only storage: All recordings saved directly on your device - never transmitted to servers
• Offline recording: Record without internet connection - maximum privacy
• Device-level security: Your recordings are protected by your device's built-in security (encryption, lock screen, etc.)
• HTTPS encryption: All network communications (ads, analytics) use secure, encrypted connections
• Trusted providers: We only use reputable services (Google/Firebase) with strong security practices
• Regular updates: We keep SDKs and dependencies updated to address security vulnerabilities
• Minimal data collection: We only collect what's necessary for app functionality
• Secure payments: All payment processing handled by Google Play and Apple - we never see your payment details

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your recordings are as secure as your device - we recommend using device encryption and lock screens.

The app may contain links to other websites or services (for example, in advertisements):

• External sites: These third-party sites are not operated by us
• Privacy policies: Each external site has its own privacy policy - we have no control over their practices
• Your responsibility: We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit
• No liability: We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites

Recommendation: Before providing any personal information to external websites, read their privacy policies carefully.

Audio Recorder: Voice Memos is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country/region).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this information from our systems.
