Acceptance of Terms

By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The Service

Notes is a note-taking app that lets you create, edit, organize, and store notes, checklists, images, and drawings on your device.

Notes are stored locally on your device. The App does not provide an account system and does not sync your notes to our servers.

Your Content

You own everything you create in the App ("Your Content")
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own backups
Because notes are stored locally, uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or losing your device may permanently delete Your Content — we are not responsible for any such loss

Backup & Restore

The App may let you export and import your data as backup files. You are responsible for storing these files securely. Anyone with access to a backup file can read its contents.

Free Version and Ads

The free version of the App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads may be shown while you use the App.

Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional paid upgrades ("Pro"), available as a one-time lifetime purchase or a recurring subscription
Purchases are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat — we do not receive or store your payment details
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings
Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy; pricing and available plans may change over time

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The App itself — including its design, code, and branding — belongs to the Developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Your Content will never be lost.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
